Mental and emotional health are one of the reasons people have come to me for treatments. I specialise in mental health and wellbeing. They feel stuck in their daily lives. 58% of business leaders say that in their position it’s hard to talk about mental health.1 in 4 people feel less support for mental health issues since becoming more senior. (Bupa Global 2018) 1 in 6 women will experience depression and 1 in 3 women will experience anxiety during their lifetime.(Beyondblue 2020)

Treatments promote growth and you start to make positive changes. Your relationships with those around you improve. Our bodies can retain the memory of past stress and traumatic events, even if they happened many years ago. Long term this may cause disease and pain if the energy blocks are not addressed.
