By clearing energy blocks, emotions lose their grip on you. You can have space for insights, to let go of issues that no longer help you. You’ll feel inner calm to work through challenging feelings and situations. Healing sessions promote growth and you start to respond, not react. Your relationships with those around you improve.

Our bodies can retain the memory of past stress and traumatic events, even if they happened many years ago. Long term this may cause disease and pain if the energy blocks are not addressed.
